Ms. Goat has made a name for herself within the dairy industry and rapidly achieved the highest rank when appointed CEO for DairyCo three years ago. A visionary, Goat’s main goal is to make DairyCo the dairy provider of the next generation. She plans to achieve this with new organic product lines, a broader reach to the consumer via digital platforms, and making the company “greener,” all while being more efficient with costs and revenue.

Mr. Moneybags believes his role is to lead improvements in Cost Management— by driving cost out, improving business operational performance, and influencing stakeholders, internal, and external customers to drive ideas and innovation to drive top line growth.

Mr. Yoghurt is responsible for the second largest country operation in the region. He reports to Gary Peach (VP Plant Operations) and previously worked for DANONE.

Mr. Smooth is a new IT Director at DairyCo.

A seasoned professional with a broad knowledge base in her field, Barb always stays on top of current technologies. She is the responsible DairyCo executive for all IT operations, strategy, security, and governance globally. She is passionate about health and nutrition, and is an avid marathon runner.  Barb also received the Top 50 under 50, Women CIO’s award by Forbes Magazine.

Mr. Curds has been at DairyCo for nine months. He is responsible for worldwide sourcing, sustainability, product logistics, manufacturing, global engineering, and safety. He joined DairyCo from General Mills, where he was involved in several major initiatives.

Suzie comes from a successful role within a large global retailer. She is passionate about the buying journey and is working to build a direct to consumer experience for DairyCo and its customers.

Ms. Milkyway is widely regarded as an innovator and an open-minded senior executive, she has experience in taking on global change initiatives and leading with intensity of execution. She is passionate about brand awareness and is a key driver behind the strategic move into different markets and increased retail presence.

Ms. Chocolate has been at DairyCo for five years, and over time she has led several successful projects and worked on a successful billing system improvement under Barb Gouda (CIO). She is dedicated to improving business and operational performance

Ms. Sourdough recently joined DairyCo from a large law firm and is leading a change away from outside legal counsel, to an internal team.
